Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized items are not refundable (items made with your custom sizes, embroidery).

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be clean in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund. Contact us at itsforkidscontact@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

You can cancel your order 24 hours after purchase for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure your order is cancelled before dispatch. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted. However, you may return the item according to our return policy.

US import tax and duties

From August 29, 2025, the previous $800 duty-free threshold was suspended for international shipments to the US, meaning duties and taxes often apply regardless of value. For all US customers - all taxes are included in the shipping price, you won't have to pay anything extra.

What Ikea KURA bed size do you have?

IKEA KURA has 3 different size versions depending on the country: • EU/International: mattress 90×200 cm (bed length 209 cm) • USA/Canada: Twin mattress 97×189 cm (bed length 199 cm) • Australia / Hong Kong: Single mattress 92×189 cm (bed length 199 cm) Please check your IKEA country website measurements or measure your bed before ordering. Please choose the correct Ikea Kura bed size in your order.

I’m not sure which MamaRoo model I have. How can I check?

If your MamaRoo has a 3-point safety harness (older models, made before 2022), please select the option "Mamaroo v.1–4". If your MamaRoo has a 5-point safety harness (2022+ version), please select "Mamaroo v.5 (2022)". If you’re not sure which harness your swing has, feel free to message me a photo - I will help you choose the right option.
