How do I care for my purchased product?

Care instructions vary by individual product(s) purchased; please refer to care card included with purchased product(s), Etsy product photos, and/or Etsy product descriptions.

I entered the incorrect shipping address at checkout. How can I update my shipping address?

If you entered the incorrect shipping address at checkout, you must notify teachCOUTE within 24 hours (after the initial placement of your order) as we will have the capability of updating your shipping address within this specific time frame. Any change of shipping address requests made after this time frame may result in the cancellation of your order.

Should my shipping address be USPS Verified?

Please ensure that your shipping address is USPS verified. Ensuring that your shipping address is USPS verified prompts the accurate delivery of your shipment. If an order is returned due to an insufficient shipping address, the customer will be required to purchase additional shipping (shipping fees vary by location - shipping rates will be calculated before reshipment)

How do I track my order once I receive shipping notification?

All items are shipped via USPS using First-Class Mail/Package Service. A USPS tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped; please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via USPS' website. Domestic Shipping - USA: First-Class Mail - Approximately 3-7 days (stickers, bookmarks, magnets) https://trackpb.shipment.co/track?number= First-Class Package Service - Approximately 2-5 days (badge reels & mouse pads) https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input International Shipping - Outside USA: First-Class International Mail - Approximately 15-30 days (stickers, bookmarks, magnets) STAMPED MAIL - NO TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SHIPPING UPGRADE

My package is showing Pre-Transit via USPS' website. Has my order been shipped/dropped off with USPS?

Orders are always dropped off at USPS Locations the same day in which they are marked as shipped. If your order has been shipped, but is showing Pre-Transit via USPS' website, there is a chance that your order may have not been scanned into the system by postal workers. This is sometimes the case with most USPS First-Class Mail (Letter) tracked via Pitney Bowes; some orders are never fully updated, even after they have been delivered. Please be patient and flexible as it is possible for estimated delivery dates provided by Etsy to change due to mentioned circumstances (above).

I ordered a digital item, why is it not available for “instant download?”

teachCOUTE offers Made-to-Order digital files for the following listings: • Customized Teacher Email Signature (2) Digital Made-to Order files are customized to meet buyers’ specifications. Therefore, buyers will not receive notification for “instant download.” Following the specified customization of your digital download, customized files will be uploaded to the Etsy platform. Once uploaded you will receive an email advising that digital files are "READY FOR DOWNLOAD" in MY PURCHASES.

I don't see what I need, can I request a custom order?

Of course! teachCOUTE is always ready and willing to take on custom order requests. Should you desire a custom order, please do so by selecting the "REQUEST CUSTOM ORDER" option from our Etsy homepage. Please be sure to be as specific and/or detailed as possible in all correspondence; as doing so will assist in ensuring a seamless communication and production process.

Are there any shop discounts and/or promotional codes available?

Yes, shop discounts and promotional codes are available! SHOP DISCOUNTS: Leave a review and received 10% off your next purchase; discount code will be sent via Etsy messenger within 24 hours of receipt of review. You can leave a shop review right from the purchase history menu on your Etsy profile - www.etsy.com/your/purchases PROMOTIONAL CODES: Promotional codes and requirements will be announced via shop announcements during predetermined promotional periods.

I've made multiple purchases, can shop discount codes be combined?

While teachCOUTE greatly appreciates your continued support, multiple shop discount codes cannot be combined; only one shop discount per individual order may be used at checkout.

I forgot to add my shop discount or promotional code at checkout, can discounts be added after I have already placed my order?

Unfortunately, shop discounts and promotional codes cannot be added to an order once it has already been placed as sellers have limited ability to alter transactions and/or payments once processed through Etsy's payment platform.

A little bit bigger than I expected but that’s on me for not looking at the measurements. Looks great on my planner.

Cute sticker but it arrived weeks after the listed delivery date. I would've ordered from another seller if I knew the shipping would be severely delayed. My daughter really wanted it before school started and not almost a full month after.
