I do not offer customized or personalized orders, however you can always ask about a certain template and if it can be made for you to customize!

First, make sure that you ordered a template that could be edited, and not a complete set. This should be in the description and title. If something is not editable, it's because it's using a Canva feature that is premium so it's not available for free accounts. If you ordered a template and you cannot edit, make sure you're following the template link provided in the download PDF. You cannot upload a PDF to Canva and edit it like that. If you still cannot edit it, send me a message and we can figure it out together!
