Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing to those who are interested in buying in quantity/bulk. We would need to have your company information along with a valid Tax ID in order to offer wholesale pricing on certain items. Please message us if you have any questions.

Sizes are usually in the description of each item. If you have any inquiries or if you need advice on what size display to get for your items, please do message us and we would be glad to help.

We currently DON'T offer custom or personalized orders.

We currently don't have that option here in our Etsy store, since there may be cases of packages arriving late or getting lost in the mail during shipping.

We do not accept Returns or Exchange except in certain cases when the item arrives at the location damaged or when there's a missing item (only applies if there is combined shipping). Proof has to be provided of the damaged item, through pictures. For special cases that qualify for returns or exchanges, we have a 2-day policy from when the product(s) arrive at your address.

We will not be responsible for any packages that have been delivered to wrong addresses due to an oversight/error on the customer's part during checkout. We use the address provided during the checkout process on Etsy, so please DOUBLE CHECK ALL INFORMATION given. :)

The customer will need to contact the shipping carrier and file a claim. We are not responsible for packages with an incomplete or wrong address that have not been returned back to us. If we do receive a package back from USPS, customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs and fees that may apply to have the returned item sent to a correct address.

Make sure you double check any information that is filled out before you finalize your transaction(s). You can fill in the address of the person you would like to send the item to, as a gift, at checkout or message us right after you make your purchase, with the address you would like the item shipped to, before the item ships out.

We cannot stress enough how important it is to fill out ALL necessary information in the address section (like apartment numbers, full building names, and street addresses) so that there will be no delays or problems with shipping out packages. :)

The short answer is no, unfortunately. We do not offer any pickups for items that we sell or drop-offs/personal delivery to nearby locations due to security/privacy reasons.

All purchases need to be done online and will be shipped using USPS and follow the processing time stated in each item.

Our processing times differ for each item, but we have a minimum of 3 days processing time before we ship out the order (although some items may have longer processing times). If you need your item sooner, you can message us and we will try to mail your item out before the complete processing time.

We do not guarantee delivery on a certain date. Once it is dropped off with USPS, we won't have any control over how fast the item will arrive at its destination.
