This listing is for printing your ready-made design only. We do NOT design, edit, or change artwork.
You must upload your finished print file (the exact design you want printed).
If you need any changes or a custom design please message us before ordering.
These services are not included and will have an additional design fee.

❗ If you send us a text only request, we will print with a simple black font on white background.

❗ 1 image per order, select your size & quantity. Use separate orders for additional images.

❗ If you would like to see how your design will look when printed, we recommend ordering the minimum quantity first as a test. Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact colour match, as colours may vary between what you see on your screen and the final printed product.

Our gloss paper stickers are not waterproof, scratch-resistant, or designed for heavy everyday handling.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATION

Please include a 3mm bleed in your design. Ensure that all text, icons, images, and other key elements are positioned at least 4mm away from the edges. Artwork should be supplied at a minimum resolution of 300dpi. Don't worry! we will check your design and let you know if you need to make some adjustments.

- PDF will be the easiest way for you to receive the highest quality print.
- SVG is great for simple designs.
- High resolution .PNG is good.
- JPG / JPEG is the lowest quality.

Please note that we will print exactly the image you provide. If your image is low quality or low resolution, this will be reflected in the final stickers. Screenshots taken from a phone are often low resolution and may not print clearly. If you’re unsure about your file, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

In many cases, orders are sent to print within minutes of being received, so please make sure the first image you submit is your final version, as we are usually unable to make changes afterwards.

Please include your order details in your email so we can correctly match your image to your order.

ABOUT OUR STICKERS

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
These are glossy paper stickers, NOT laminated vinyl stickers. They are intended for indoor/general use and are not suitable for outdoor use or applications involving frequent rubbing or handling. If you require a more durable sticker, please choose our laminated vinyl option.

The stickers are printed on premium glossy sticker paper. While the ink will not run if exposed to water, the stickers are not waterproof.

Please note they are not UV resistant, and prolonged exposure to sunlight (including indirect or ambient light) or other UV sources will cause fading over time. For this reason, they are not suitable for outdoor use.

We also do not recommend using these stickers on clothing or fabric materials, as the adhesive is not designed for this purpose.

The stickers are not laminated, and repeated friction or handling may gradually wear the print.

HOW YOUR ORDER IS SENT?

We offer super-fast production with 1–2 working day print and dispatch. Delivery times then depend on the postage option selected at checkout.

❗Orders placed with free shipping will be sent via either 2nd Class or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on the size of the order.❗

Royal Mail 2nd Class: May take up to 5 days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 48: Typically arrives within 2 days after dispatch, but can take up to 5 days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Usually next-day delivery, though it can take up to 3 days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Guaranteed delivery the next working day after dispatch.

Please note that the delivery estimate shown at the top of each listing is provided by the platform and is only an estimate. Some orders may fall outside this timeframe.

Delivery Times

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for orders that are delivered later than expected due to delays by the postal carrier.

If you require your order to arrive by a specific date or for a particular occasion, please ensure that you select Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is the appropriate service for guaranteed next-day delivery (subject to Royal Mail's terms and conditions).

Please be aware that standard and other Royal Mail delivery services are not guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. We strongly recommend allowing sufficient time for delivery, particularly when ordering for a special occasion.

The colour you see on your screen and what is printed can vary. As all monitors are different, with different brightness and colours, we cannot guarantee a colour match, therefore we cannot refund if there is a colour variation from your monitor.

All communication is done here in Etsy - this is so you can keep track of your order right here in one spot. We are very responsive, and we are happy to answer any questions you have.

- Please note that we will send digital artwork check file (if necessary) to show you where design will cut to final size for your confirmation. If we don't receive any response within 24 hr then we will start processing your order automatically.

We cannot guarantee a colour match on all images as monitor screens vary, however we do print with a calibrated system and will get as close as we possibly can to your image. Due to this, there is a slight variation in colour based on what you see and what is printed.

We cannot print images that are trademarked. Please ensure you have the right to have the images printing before purchasing.
