When may I receive my order, since I live outside of the USA?

Seller is not responsible for delays that may occur during international shipping. If purchasing outside of the USA, please know your country's customs regulations.

What do you mean, you will refund shipping overages of $2.01+?

If the amount you paid for shipping your order is more than $2.01 the actual cost of shipping your order, I will refund the overage. EXAMPLE: You paid $8.95 for shipping. Cost of shipping is actually $5.50. You will receive a refund of $1.45 ($8.95 - $5.50 - $2.00 = $1.45).

Why do some items show pricey shipping charges?

Shipping costs are estimates based upon size, weight, and distance shipped. Because vintage items are oddly shaped and fragile, careful packaging is necessary to ensure safe arrival to the buyer. All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping overages of $2.01+ are refunded the buyer, per shop policy. Refunds are processed to the method of payment the buyer used to make the purchase.

What happens if you mark your purchase as a "Gift"?

If you choose to mark your purchase as a "Gift", this means that the packing slip will not show the amount paid for the item or shipping. We do not offer gift wrapping or gift cards at this time. Also, international orders will NOT be marked as "Gift", as it is illegal.

If I make a purchase, am I required to leave a review?

Absolutely NOT. Reviews are optional to the buyer. You may contact me via Etsy's text system with any questions, concerns, or comments, and I will answer as soon as I am possible.

How can I make an Exchange?

If the buyer decides to an exchange an item, the buyer must pay to ship the item to be exchanged back to Emma’s Heritage. The item selected to be an exchange must be equal to the item returned, and buyer must pay shipping fees for the new item.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Vintage items are wrapped first in tissue paper and then in bubble packaging to prevent breakage during transit. For an additional fee, we will wrap your item in decorated wrapping paper, with an organza bow.
