USA SALES: I ship with insurance to 49 states from my home state of Florida. I do not ship to Florida as I limit Florida sales to in-person sales at my shop in Ponte Vedra Beach. I insure shipments and I send items valued at over $200 with signature required unless you instruct me otherwise. All sales to the USA allow for a 7 day return window whereby it is required that the item be returned in the same condition it was received. Any shipping costs are non refundable and any shipping costs I incur will be deducted from any refunds.
INTERNATIONAL SALES: I ship internationally. To my international customers, I allow for mandatory returns as required by law, otherwise international shipments are not eligible for returns. International shipments are not insured and are at the buyer's risk unless we make other arrangements. Further, customs costs and other costs that may be imposed by your country after the sale are outside my control and are entirely your responsibility.
