How long does it take for you to process and ship out orders?

Processing times are 1 - 3 business days and shipping can take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days (depending on peak season of carrier). But to give you the real scoop, most orders are processed and dispatched on the same day. Please allow a couple days for an email containing tracking information to be sent. Thank you for your patience.

My tracking is not updating and/or stuck on "Pre-Transit"?

Our main carrier is USPS, and sometimes during peak seasons (like the holidays), they may not scan packages right away. This can cause tracking updates to be delayed until the package is delivered. Unfortunately, this is something that happens occasionally, especially during busy times, and it's out of our control. If your tracking hasn't been updated for a week, please don't hesitate to reach out—we'll do our best to make it right! ❤️

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us by carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a partial refund will be issued. While we offer free initial shipping, the actual cost of the original postage will be deducted from your total refund amount upon the package's safe return.

Custom and personalized orders

We gladly accept returns for unused items within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Because initial delivery includes free shipping, the actual cost of original outgoing postage is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final item refund upon receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition
