What kind of sweatshirts are in your shop?

These are Gildan 18000 sweatshirts and Gildan 18500 hoodies. The size charts for these sweatshirts can be found in the listing photos. The best way to find your size is to measure a sweatshirt you have at home that you love the size of and compare it to the size chart in the listing photos.

How can I best take care of my sweatshirt?

The best practice for keeping your sweatshirt in great shape is to turn your sweatshirt inside out and wash in cold water on a delicate/gentle cycle. Hang to dry or tumble dry on a low heat setting. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron on the design/embroidery.

What do I do if my sweatshirt arrives and there are issues with the stitching or design?

If there are any issues or mistakes in the creation of the sweatshirt, please send a message directly to me, the seller. Let me know what the issue is and send a photo of the area with your message. I will be able to send you a brand new sweatshirt free of charge since the mistake was ours.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

I do not accept exchanges or returns as each sweatshirt is made to order upon purchase. However, if there are any mistakes in the embroidery or flaws in the sweatshirt, I am happy to send a replacement for you.
