Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for shipping delays (e.g. UPS, postal services). Customers must monitor tracking and respond promptly to courier messages. For international orders, UPS often requires customs clearance and payment before delivery. If a shipment is not cleared or accepted within the courier’s time frame (often 5 business days), it may be returned or disposed of. Unclaimed packages & return shipping

If a package is unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to us because the recipient was unavailable or did not respond to courier contact, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please note that carriers such as UPS may dispose of packages if they remain uncollected or unpaid for customs within their deadline (often 5 business days). I need to resize my bracelet

Of course, it happens that the size is not right the first time. In that case, we will be happy to resize it for you. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs to and from Cyprus and for any customs and import taxes that may apply to shipping back the bracelet.

my brother got me this as a gift its exelant, it can be a little uncomfortable using other under clothing holders for my pump and this had given me an amazing alternative for when in sick of other carriers. the quality of the leather is great and the build quality is amazing. ill be using it often!

The process to return this item for a credit is too costly and by the time you pay for shipping costs etc. it’s half of what you paid for the item. The seller/company should have a postage-paid return label like most businesses do - it’s a good practice. I was very disappointed they did not offer it or any further assistance. Had I known this would this I would not have purchased the item.
