If I could put 10 stars for the customer service, I would! Everything was smooth from the very beginning, we agreed on tiny addition of the fern before the shipping. The shipping took quite some time, but I expected it, since it comes overseas. I really loved the unique glass piece where terrarium lives and the glowing in the night water
