By purchasing this license you will be covered to redistribute one of the Therapy Sisters resources beyond personal use 1000 times or up to 1 year, whichever comes first.

WHO NEEDS A COMMERCIAL LICENSE?
If you intend on sharing any of our resources with other people, outside of just personal use, you will need to purchase a commercial license.

For example, a therapist who intends on sharing these resources with their clients will need a commercial license.

HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO BUY A COMMERCIAL LICENSE?
You will need to purchase a commercial license per product you intend on sharing.

CAN I ALTER THE PRODUCT AFTER PURCHASING THIS LICENSE?
Purchasing this license does not transfer copyright ownership. You are not able to edit our resources in any way. For example, adding your own logo to worksheets.

CAN I RESELL YOUR WORKSHEETS ONCE A COMMERCIAL LICENSE HAS BEEN PURCHASED?
This license does not allow you to resell any of the Therapy Sisters material. Purchasing a product from Therapy Sisters without a commercial license does not give cover for reproduction rights or to resell Therapy Sisters products.

If you do not purchase a commercial license and then share our materials outside of personal use, legal action may be taken against you.

This statement pertains to the Right of Withdrawal as outlined in EU consumer protection law. It applies to all digital goods sold by Therapy Sisters

Right of Withdrawal for physical goods

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Your Business Name], [Your Address], [Your Email Address], [Your Telephone Number]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

For compliance with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content if the execution has begun with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
