1. Can I personalize the cutlery with my own logo, fonts, or symbols?

Yes! You can personalize the knife, server, or forks with your own logo, font, or symbols. Choose the “Custom design” option, write your details in the “Personalization” box, and send your logo via messages afterward. I always send a draft before engraving to ensure everything fully matches your wishes.

2. Can I change the wording in the chosen design?

Of course! The photos show standard engraving examples, but you can use your own wording. Your text will be engraved in the same style and font as the design you selected. Simply choose the design you like — no need to select “Custom order” for text changes.

3. Can I see a preview before engraving?

Yes! No matter what option you choose — a design from the list or your own logo — I ALWAYS send you a digital draft before engraving. You can request changes within 24 hours after receiving it.

4. What is the cutlery’s quality and condition?

All cutlery is made of high-quality stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. Only new flatware is used, and I perform a double quality check — first during engraving and again during packaging. The engraving is permanent and will not fade or wash off, even after many uses. Please note that mirror surfaces are delicate, so tiny scratches may appear, especially with use. This is normal and does not affect the appearance or functionality of the cutlery.

5. Which color options are available?

You can choose from five colors: silver, gold, rose gold, champagne, or black. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting or screen settings — especially champagne, which can look darker and more golden in dim light or on dark surfaces, and lighter or softer in bright light or on light backgrounds.

6. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Each listing includes a gift box option. Usually, I engrave the same text as on the server, but if you’d like something different, simply send me a short note. If you choose the velvet case option, your set will come wrapped in a case and also packaged in a gift box too.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping time depends on your location. Usually, U.S. buyers receive their orders within 10–15 days after purchase, European buyers within 8–15 days, U.K. buyers within 8–10 days, and other countries within 15–20 days. I always review upcoming wedding dates and try to prioritize urgent orders when possible. If you need your order faster, feel free to message me — I’m always happy to check the situation and do my best.

8. Can I return or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. Once I begin processing, cancellation is no longer possible. Since every personalized item is made especially for you, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, if something goes wrong due to my mistake or the item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours, and I’ll gladly send a replacement.
