Most items can be machine washed in cold water on gentle cycle with a mild detergent and air dried. If you have a question about cleaning a specific item, please feel free to contact us.

When will I receive my order?

Our items are made to order. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Smaller items can usually ship sooner. See individual listing details for production times. Once shipped, most orders are delivered in 2 - 6 business days. We ship items using either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on size of items and destination. Shipping and tracking information is provided when your order ships.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our items are made to order and many are custom, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any items that have sewing defects will be repaired or replaced at the option of the seller. If there is a problem with your order please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Seller will pay return shipping in the case of a defect in workmanship. While every effort is made to represent color accurately, every display screen is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see match the true fabric colors. We recommend requesting complimentary fabric swatches to be able to feel the fabrics and see the colors before purchasing.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 2 days of purchase. Our bedding is made to order, so we cannot accept cancellations after your order has been started. We cannot accept cancellations on expedited/rush orders or orders with special order fabric.
