All items are custom printed just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. We only accept replacements if you received the wrong or damaged item.

Cancellations & upgrades cannot be accepted once the order enters production, which can be immediate. Because of our quick turnaround times, orders go to production automatically as soon as an order is placed and we are not able to make any changes or cancellations. Please make sure to double-check your items before proceeding to checkout. If you have concerns, please reach out to us first.

Sizing details are listed for each item. Check the listing photos for the size charts. If you still have questions, please reach out to us. Returns and exchanges are NOT available for your items so please make sure to order the correct size.

If there is an issue with your items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos as proof.

Once your package is dropped off in the USPS facility, we do not have any responsibility for the package anymore. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items and delayed packages. We will not issue refunds for items not received by a certain date. USPS does experience delays from time to time. Ordering ahead of the time frame, especially during holidays would really help to get your order on time.

• Our processing time is 1-3 business days. After the processing time, shipping applies.
• Our shipping time usually takes 5-9 business days.
• Our “average” turnaround time for STANDARD SHIPPING is **7-9 days** (including processing time).
• Our “average” turnaround time for FAST SHIPPING is **5-6 days** (including processing time).

NOTE:
Our print provider is based in California but they have facilities in different states. Your items may shipped from one of these facilities. We have no control over which facility they will fulfill our orders, it's in their discretion. To avoid confusion, we always use California as our shipping address in our delivery estimates. So regardless of where state you live our delivery estimate stays the same.

A tracking number will be available on the app once a shipping label is created. You can click that to get detailed information about the package’s movement through the shipping carrier. You’ll also see an estimated delivery date which should give you an idea of when you can expect the package to arrive.
