Yes. You must have a Canva account to design. If you don't have one, you can create one right away. It's free! Some features may only be available with Canva Pro. If you want to have access to those, you can use the 30 day free trial.

Can I resell your DIY Premade template?

No. Reselling the item is prohibited.
