Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes! All of my earrings are made with hypoallergenic, gold plated, silver plated and nickel free posts/hooks, gold plated hoops, and stainless steel hoops!

Do you offer express shipping?

At this time, we do not. Each of our items are made to order individually for each customer and we have a processing time of up to 10 business days. You will receive a shipped notification with a tracking number as soon as your order goes out.

Can I return or exchange my item(s)?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges since each item is made to order and produced specifically for you. * If you need to cancel your order or change the shipping address, message us within 3 hours of placing your order. * Orders with incorrect information provided at the time of purchase, including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses cannot be refunded once the order goes into production. * Once your item has shipped, we cannot issue a return or refund.

My package was stolen, can I get a refund?

We cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been delivered. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for theft of delivered packages. Please contact your local post office for additional information.

When will I receive my earring order?

All earrings are handmade to order and have a production time posted in the announcement bar! Your order will ship in the specified amount of time after placing your order. (:

Handle earrings with care. Polymer clay is flexible and durable, but can break if bent or dropped. Use a lint free or damp cloth to spot clean dust and residue. Do not wear in water.
