How do I print digital files?

You have a few options: -Print from your home or office printer. -Email your files to a local print shop and either have them delivered or pick them up. -Upload your files online to a store like Shutterfly.com and have your print delivered (or do a Google search for a reputable online print store). I recommend printing on high-quality thick matte cardstock/paper.

Due to the digital nature of all my products, no refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges will be given. All sales are final. If you do have any problems with the download or file, please reach out to me and I will do my best to assist you.

How do I access my Canva templates?

You will be emailed a PDF after checkout. Simply open it and click the link(s) in the file. Your template never expires - it's yours for as long as you need it.

Do I have to download any software to edit Canva templates?

No software or font downloads are required. Also, you do not need a Canva pro account. You simply need a FREE Canva account at Canva.com.

Will I be charged for the template upon downloading?

No! I have used only free elements in the templates so you will not be charged upon downloading (unless YOU add pro elements to the template).

Can I change colors, fonts and images?

Yes! You can customize absolutely everything in the template to your liking. Change colors, fonts, images, re-size photos, add hyperlinks, etc. For instruction on how to use certain aspects of Canva, you can check out: canva.com/learn/how-to-canva-beginners-guide/

Can I change the file size?

No, not without a Canva Pro subscription.

Can I send the template via text, email or Whatsapp?

Yes! I would recommend saving as a PDF if you have several pages. If you have 2 or less pages, saving/sending as a JPG or PNG works well.

How do I access my template if I didn't receive an email from Etsy?

Log in to your Etsy account. Click 'Purchases and reviews' under your account thumbnail drop-down. There, you will be able to find your purchase. Next to it, there will be a button that says 'Download'. Click that button to download your instructions PDF.
