What if the package is taking long time to arrive or parcel is lost?

It happens very rarely for number of reasons, but if that happens, please contact us and let us file for lost parcel with our postal services. We will contact postal services immediately and file for lost parcel. Even though our postal services file the request in few days, some countries can take up to 2 months to respond, so please be patient with the request. Until the postal services from your country haven't responded, we are not able to make a refund since in some cases they find the package and it will be delivered to you in the end. Thank you for understanding.

What if the item is damaged or broken in the mail?

We are very sorry for this. It is not your fault and we will make you a full refund, but please send us few pictures of the item, the packaging and from the actual package from outside so we can let our postal services know.

Do you offer parcel insurance?

Yes, of course. If you want your item to be insured, please contact us before the purchase so we can calculate the insurance fee.

What if parcel was not delivered successfully and returned to the seller?

If the package is returned to me after unsuccessful delivery according to the tracking information, I am not responsible for that and only 50% of the order total will be refunded after the parcel is received back and everything arrives in the same condition. Tracking number is always provided to each order and it is also your obligation to check the tracking as well as with your postal office if the delivery seems to take longer than usual. I am always here for you if you need help with tracking your parcel and I am happy to assist. Sometimes courier is not able to reach you and parcel might be waiting for you in your local post office.

Adorable Danish Royal Copenhagen porcelain figurine 'True Friendship' (Boy with Dog/Puppy) number 1951. Made in Denmark in 1900s. Such a cute collectible porcelain figurine.

#1951 Royal Copenhagen porcelain figurine was designed by Ingeborg Plockross Irminger. The technique used for the figurine is underglaze technique. First quality.

Figurine is in excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks.

Height of the figurine is approx. 9 cm (3.5 inches).
