some informations to keep your jewelry as its best: -During not wearing your jewelry, put it in a box to protect it from air. -To sleep with your jewelry is not recommended, because while sleeping you can damage your jewelry, especially earring. -Please do not forget places like bathroom are not good to keep jewelry because of the humidity. -Always remove your jewelry during showering, exercising and swimming. Also remove while doing household cleaning and washing up to protect them from chemicals. -It is better to get avoid jewelry in a direct contact to beauty products, especially perfumes.Our all products are nickel free, 925 sterling silver. Keep jewelry in an air-tight ziplock when not used.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want all of my customers to be happy with their purchase(s). If there’s any problem you can contact me within 7 days of purchase, I will do my best to resolve the issue. You can return the item within 14 days of delivery. 14 days after no way will not accept return. Please return the item(s) in original condition and box (without being used). I will not cover the shipping costs of item(s) returned. If the item(s) is damaged or gets lost I cannot compensate for it.

Please keep in mind that transit times can vary greatly! Occasionally packages can be SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED, up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 7-14 days. When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. We do NOT have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials. Please understand you are taking a risk in buying internationally that your package may be delayed up to 7 weeks. This is not common, but it happens occasionally. Once we've shipped your package, we can't do anything with it once it's in the hands of customs officials and your country's postal service and sometimes they, unfortunately, take a long time!

Customs and Duty Charges

I have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that I have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.

If your order was shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas. If your order was shipped with PTT Postal Service from Turkey, you will be able to track the package when it is in Turkey, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is updated by the postal service of your own country. You can track it from PTT's own website.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Pieces are packed in gift boxes, with bubble wrap and/or paper. Sets can be packed in the same box on request. The jewelry boxes are ready to give as gifts!

If you can’t find the size you want, you can contact me and I will change the size according to yours. Please allow me 5 days to produce the item of your request.

These products does not sell to Asian countries; Malaysia,Taiwan,Indenosia, Nort Korea,South Korea, Japonya, Singapore, republic of the Philippines,Thailand,China.

A lot of love and care goes into the making of This Ilk jewelry. If by misfortune damage is due to a default in my product, please let me know before leaving negative feedback and I will see what the best solution is to accommodate you weather it be repair or replacement. Errors are human after all... Do note that shape or assembly may be imperfect or slightly different than pictured because there is often a human behind its fabrication and buffing. This may not be considered damage. Treat it like you would your precious jewels, feather jewelry or delicate nylons :) I also suggest laying it flat when storing so it keeps it's shape as best as possible.

I will do our best to answer your inquiries as fast as possible but please be indulgent as I am only a team of 1 and may not be available to instantly answers questions. It's pretty simple, I will treat you as I would like to be treated and as best I can to the extent of my control !
