What Does "Made To Order" Mean?

All our products are crafted specifically for you. This means they are not printed until you place an order. Once ordered, the item is sent for production, printed, and then shipped directly to your address.

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping and Messages?

Currently, we regret to inform you that we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages. However, we hope to introduce this feature in the future.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships out, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any inquiries about your tracking or shipment, simply send us a message.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Refunds are usually extended to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please message us with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we'll assist you accordingly.

I Received a Wrong/Damaged Product, What Should I Do?

We sincerely apologize if the product you received arrived damaged. To expedite the resolution process, please message us within one week of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We'll promptly provide a resolution.

My Package Never Arrived?

Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size/Color?

As each item is made to order, we currently do not offer exchanges. For apparel orders, if you're unsure about sizing, please refer to our sizing charts available for every item in our store. In rare cases of mislabeled items, please notify us upon receipt with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We'll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

What's Your Return Policy?

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges as our products are made to order. However, if there's an issue with your order, please inform us via message, and we'll work with you to resolve it. We typically do not accept cancellations as orders are sent for production after you approve the proof. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, and if production hasn't commenced, we can accommodate your request.
