How can I download my order?

I’ve only received an instruction PDF, where can I find the forms?

• You will find links to all the templates in the PDF. • If you follow the instructions on the first page of the PDF: 1- create canva account 2- click on the pink boxes (pdf first page) where it says “us letter” “a4 template” or loyalty cards (links are embedded) the templates will directly open on your canva account Let me know if you cannot access

The template links are not working, what should I do?

• Sometimes if you are using a phone, CANVA may not respond properly. If possible, please try using a different device (preferably a computer). If you don’t have another device, please send me a message and I will send you the links directly via email.
