How is the artwork on the hand-painted totes preserved?

All artwork on hand-painted totes has been sealed with protective ModPodge, to block stains, preserve the artwork and repel liquid. I encourage buyers to SPOT CLEAN ONLY away from the artwork as needed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All products will arrive pre-wrapped, however if you wish me to ship the item as a gift please notify me in the comments so I can provide any requested notes to the recipient.

Are epoxy tumblers dishwasher safe?

No, these cups are stainless steel. Neither the metal nor the epoxy coating can withstand the high heat. Epoxy does not like to be soaked. Hand wash!

What happens if I do not respond to approve my personalized design?

I will have your personalization options available within 48 hours and send them through Etsy for you to approve. Please respond within 48 hours to ensure I can complete your order in a timely manner. If I do not hear from you within 48 hours, I will proceed with the design I think is best.

What if my item is damaged?

If your item is damaged during shipping, please provide a picture and notification within 1 week of arrival. We will discuss further.

Custom and personalized orders

Many items in the shop can be personalized, but I do not list a generic set of fonts, honestly there are just too many options and I think it is important for shoppers to see the full personalization to choose the best design. If you order a personalized item I will be in touch via messenger within 24-48 hours with design options.
