Custom and personalized orders

Yes! We love custom orders. Common requests include printing in a custom color, a custom size/scale, or printing products that haven’t gone live in our shop yet. Please send us a question or custom order request and let us know what you need! (We have another FAQ with specifics about color/material options.)

Why isn’t everything available in your store yet?

Our current listings are only a fraction of what we are licensed to print and sell. We test print every item to ensure we can confidently and consistently produce quality prints in a timely manner before listing the item in our store. Successful test prints are then photographed for the item’s listing. As a result, all our listings include real photos (and usually videos) of our own prints. We’re happy to create custom orders for items not yet listed in our store, but those listings will likely feature digital renderings or stock photos of the sculpts. How long does it take to get my order?

Production time for your order can be impacted by how many orders are in queue ahead of you, the size of your order, the shipping option you choose and any shipping carrier issues or delays, and whether you are purchasing PLA or resin prints. You may not expect this, but the print material can often make the biggest difference because FDM printing PLA is a lot slower and less efficient than SLA printing in resin. For example, an order of multiple smaller figures that takes 4 hours to print in resin could take 40 hours to print in PLA. For items that are available in both PLA or resin, the stated processing time is an estimate based on PLA production time. If you choose resin on these listings, your order will likely print faster.

Our store uses Dungeons & Dragons scaling where “28mm scale” refers to the eye level (not height) of a figure representing a 6-foot tall human. A figure representing a 6-foot tall human is slightly taller than 28mm, maybe 30mm, with their eye height at 28mm. Everything else is relative, so a figure representing a 50-foot dragon in 28mm scale would be about 250mm. Our photos typically include a d20 (20-sided die used in D&D) to show scale, which is about 20mm, slightly larger than a typical 6-sided die used in traditional board games. 28mm character figures that have a 0.9-inch base fit perfectly in a 1-inch D&D grid map. What is domestic “standard shipping”?

We offer free shipping on orders of $35 or more. Free shipping will be via a standard shipping method, unless you choose to pay extra for “priority shipping”… in which case it will no longer be free of course… For orders under $35 where you are paying for “standard” and not “priority” shipping, this usually means USPS Ground Advantage.

What is domestic “priority shipping”?

We offer “priority shipping” as an optional upgrade to paid standard shipping or free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more. This means we will ensure your order gets to you within a reduced delivery window using whatever method we deem most effective: either upgrading the shipping service used, and/or prioritizing your order in our production queue. For example, if USPS Priority Mail will get to you 1 or 2 days faster than USPS Ground Advantage, but prioritizing production would get your order shipped 3-4 days earlier, we may opt to print and ship your order sooner using Ground Advantage rather than Priority Mail. The overall size of your order is also a factor, as it impacts both production time and eligible shipping options.

International shipping

We currently ship to the US and Canada. International customers may be required to pay additional customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or other fees upon receipt of your package. The buyer is responsible for these costs. Buyers in Canada may use coupon code CANADA for free economy shipping on orders of US$100 or more. Economy shipping to Canada takes up to 3 weeks. Faster shipping in 3-7 business days may be available via UPS Standard to Canada, depending on location. For other expedited options, please contact us. Standard shipments to Canada are limited to 4 lbs, or approximately 1.8 kgs. In the event an order exceeds this weight, it may be split into multiple shipments. (We’ll let you know if this is the case.)

What should I do if there’s something wrong with my order?

Please contact us! We want to make it right! We’ve shipped more than 4000 Etsy sales so far with only a handful of errors, but we do admittedly make mistakes on occasion. We package all our minis carefully and thankfully it is very rare that anything arrives broken or damaged, but we know it can happen. If you think we sent you the wrong figure or quantity, printed your item in the wrong scale, if something broke in transit, or you have another issue, please contact us! In most cases we can get a replacement shipped out to you within a couple of days.

Materials and colors information

RPG resin is currently only available in gray. phrozen offers 4K resin in both Aqua-Gray and Aqua-Ivory. Other phrozen resins are also available but the resoluton and properties may vary. Contact us if you have questions about other options. The PLA brand we typically work with is available in roughly 150 colors and varieties. There are a variety of rainbow or color variegated filaments, shiny or matte options, multiple glow-in-the-dark colors, and filaments that mimic the look of stone or brick.

These cultists are really interesting. If you are running a Cthulhu kind of campaign these cultists are perfect for it. The details are amazing! Cultists A - C have human looking faces. Cultists D - F have tentacle faces. Use them for a cult that has both humans and people from the sea, or as cultists that have conducted a ritual to morph into deep one cultists. These are so unique and cool!

You can buy these figures individually, or in a variety of different packs. Multi-packs offer value pricing and the same shipping cost as a single figure.

Shown here in 8K resin (32mm scale), we offer these figures in 4K photopolymer resin and 8K RPG photopolymer resin. They are available in the standard 28mm scale commonly used for D&D and most other tabletop RPGs and 32mm “heroic” scale, commonly used for games like Warhammer.

4K resin is great for detail and accepts paint well, making it a great low-cost option. 8K-printed RPG resin is also high-resolution and accepts paint well, and additionally has superior flexibility and durability compared to other high-resolution resins. The Silver Ravens recommend 8K-printed RPG resin as the best choice for RPG miniatures if you want both intricate details and long-lasting quality.

28mm figures each have a 0.9 inch base that fits nicely inside a 1-inch grid.

32mm figures each have a 1 inch base.

The height of each figure to its tallest point including the base, in 28mm and 32mm respectively, is roughly as follows:
