How do I personalise my order?

Please include your child’s name, age, party date, and any wording you’d like in the personalisation box when ordering.

When will I receive my order?

I aim to complete orders for the following working day and they are posted by Royal Mail.

How do the digital invites work?

Add the personalisation details in the box and I will add these and then email across the digital invite for you.

What if I need my order urgently?

I have an option to upgrade to 1st class delivery for an additional £1. Also if you send me a message saying it is urgent I will try my best to send the order asap

Can I request changes to the design?

Yes! I include revisions to make sure everything looks perfect. Just let me know what you’d like adjusted.
