What materials do you use?

We use the following materials to create our products: • Birch Wood • Acadia Wood • Acrylic • Bioplastic filament for 3D printing • Glass • Vinyl adhesive for stickers Due to the nature of our materials, each piece is unique and can vary from what's shown in the listing images. Unique wood grain and natural marks in wood and/or glass, affect the appearance as well as engraving depths on wood.

If cleaning is needed, a damp cloth will do the trick. Just make sure to be gentle, and keep event decor in the original packing until use.

What type of packaging is used?

We try to be as eco-friendly as possible. We use eco-friendly boxes that are the perfect fit for most of our products. Since each piece is fragile, we try to keep everything as secure as possible. In addition to eco-friendly boxes, we also use recyclable kraft packing tape and paper/ products to wrap each item. Sometimes things break, but we are always here to help fix this problem any way we can.

Our current hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.

Can I keep my items outside?

At this time we can not recommend that our products be kept outside for long periods of time, especially the ones made of wood. All of our products are designed and created for interior use.

Custom and personalized orders

Each piece is delicate and not designed with children in mind. While we think some items would look great in a nursery/child's room, with their delicate nature they should not be handled by infants/toddlers/children.

Due to the nature of the products, all event decor can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances after the event has been held. If your event decor arrives damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
