❤️YOU CHOOSE:
*LENGTH: You can pick any length in 10 ft. increments up to 100 ft.
*WIDTH: The two width options are either: 36inches(3 ft.) or 44 inches(3.5 ft.) wide.
*MONOGRAMS: You can choose one or two of the monogram options, that are shown in the thumbnail images in this listing or you can send us your own design request.
*MONOGRAM LOCATION: You can choose up to TWO different locations to place the monograms.
For example, "Place #1, I would like Monogram #4 and Place #2, I would like Monogram #18."
*CUSTOM TEXT: Please provide names, letters, dates and any other text that you want included on the runner.

❤️MATERIAL CHOICES:
*THICK PAPER: The thick paper material is a very thick, heavy duty bright white paper. It is about five times as thick as normal paper. It is recommended for indoor ceremonies when the aisle runner will be used on a hard surface like concrete or tile. The paper option is not recommended for use on carpet.
*FLEXIBLE VINYL: This material is a flexible polyester vinyl and is more durable than the paper option. It can even be used if the event is outdoors on sand, grass, or stone. The vinyl can also include brass grommets if needed to help anchor the runner in place. You will need to tell us in the notes section if you want us to add the grommets.

❤️DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE:
We will apply a strip of double-sided tape to the beginning of ALL runners. This will help keep the front section secured to the surface. (See the diagram.) We do recommend adding more tape if needed.

❤️HOW TO ORDER:
1. Choose between PAPER or VINYL.
2. Choose the WIDTH and LENGTH that you need.
3. Tell us which monogram number to use and your preferred location.(Place #1 and/or Place #2.)
4. Tell us the custom text that you want to use in the Notes to Seller box
5. In a few days, check your Convo for a proof that you WILL NEED TO APPROVE before we print it.

❤️SUGGESTIONS FOR USING THE RUNNER:
For using the paper or vinyl on a hard floor, we suggest taping down the sides.
We recommend all runners be rolled out and secured prior to the ceremony, preferably during the rehearsal. The runner can also be used when the bride & groom depart the ceremony.

❤️GROMMETS:
Grommets are the small brass rings used to help secure the vinyl material to the surface.
Grommets are ONLY for use with the flexible vinyl aisle runners, NOT with the paper.
They are NOT added to the runner unless you request it.

❤️PROOFS:
Proofs will be sent via ETSY convo PRIOR to printing your aisle runner.
The proof designed for you to double-check the spelling, dates, layout, etc.

❤️SHIPPING & TIMING:
Please allow 4-5 days for production and 4-6 days for shipping.
We ship using UPS Ground for all aisle runners.
If you need it to be received faster, you may upgrade the shipping before checkout to UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.

You can also customize the dance floor with a matching self-adhesive decal that can include your monogram. The adhesive vinyl will stick to any surface including wood, concrete, marble, tile and even carpet. It includes a removable backing that is very easy to place down and to remove. It does not leave any residue.

Dance Floor Graphics and Aisle Runners are all completely custom and require an enormous amount of time to design and print and cannot be rushed. Due to the increased demand and short supply of vinyl from our suppliers, we cannot commit to shorter timelines than posted above. Thanks for understanding!

The minimum order for custom bags is an order for 50 or more.

We do not charge a fee for the design time.
We are happy to provide you with proofs throughout the design process to make sure we bring your vision to life, however, we are not able to provide proofs until you have placed an order.

Yes, in some cases. Some of the fonts used in our designs may not be suitable for numbers and dates. This is why the text at the bottom of the bags is usually a more simple font. If you want us to use a font that you are using for other materials, we can do that, but you will need to send us a link to download the font or email the actual font file to us.
Choosing a different color scheme than what is shown in a listing is possible, however, we have found that many times our customers are not happy with the final outcome after making so many changes. So, we will provide you with 3 proofs of your changes before printing. Once approved, we will print "your" design with your acknowledgement that colors on screen may differ from the prints.

When we create listings for the various bag designs, the colors shown are a digital interpretation of the designs. The colors on your screen may vary based on your monitor settings, so please understand that the "on-screen" color you see may be slightly different than the color that is generated by the color laser printers that we use to print your items.

If we are printing on the brown/kraft bags, your colors will naturally be darker than printing on white; so please keep this in mind when placing an order.

When you place an order, it is helpful to know when your event is. Please provide your "date needed by" when placing an order. If you think you may not receive your items in time, you may select one of the faster shipping options when you check out if the standard delivery time will not work.

Please do not place an order with standard delivery, and then message us later and say "please rush my order". You will need to contact us prior to ordering to make sure we can accommodate your timeline, so we can advise you of the best shipping method to select.

If you are relying on the Etsy "estimated delivery date", then you are taking a chance that your order may not arrive in time. Again, communicate with us your deadline before ordering.

The most important information you can provide when asking this question is; What City/State would we be shipping to ? And what are you planning on ordering? So if you are in a rush, Please send us a convo like this example: Is it possible to receive 100 wedding bags in Houston, Tx by next Friday? Phrasing it this way, gives me the information I need to determine the fastest way to get the order to you.
