I am DISGUSTED! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this item/seller & would suggest to look elsewhere. I contacted the seller requesting a full refund upon the item being sent back. The buyer pays for the return shipping which is ridiculously priced no matter who you ship through to send this item back. I requested a full refund because the SELLER sent me a disgusting used cushion. If I just didn’t want it that would be completely different. There were several warnings that this item had been used. It’s gross & terrible customer service to have that expectation when this USED item should not have been shipped out in the first place. Again, I am absolutely disgusted. It’s sellers like this in my opinion that make it harder for smaller business to flourish. The video is essentially how the package was after removing the outer wrapping.
