Do you offer refunds or exchanges for custom or personalized orders? No we do not as we cannot resell these items. Please keep this in mind before making a purchase.

What items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds?

Custom or customized items, personalized items, used/worn items, items altered after buyer receipt of order, items that have passed the return date window (see listings for details), items that have been returned without a return agreement/authorization, items that "vary slightly" in color or appearance (please expect slight variations due to monitor or screen settings and our items' handmade nature) are not eligible for return, exchange, refunds or cancellation.

What if my package or item is damaged?

Please report the problem to us through Etsy Message. You have 72 hours from the time your package is tracked "delivered" by the carrier to report the issue. You will need photos of both the damage to the package and the damage to the item(s) for us to move forward assisting you with the issue. You can also send these photos to us through Etsy message.

I handmade these super cute yellow faux marshmallow chicks from polymer clay and added a realistic sugar-like texture.

Earrings:
Pink bows with white polka dots are attached to surgical steel post earrings. Please note these earrings are chunky and large. Chicks are 1"x1.25". Chick Earrings are about 2" in total length. Chicks are flat on the back. Posts are hypoallergenic surgical steel.

Necklace:
1x1.25" yellow chick hangs below a pink and white polka dot bow. Necklace comes in your choice of gold or silver finish. 18" in total length. Accented with glass pearls and closes with a lobster clasp.
