RETURNS:

The return items must be shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn to receive a full refund. Any damaged or missing items will be deducted from the refund, so please package carefully. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or size kindly go through the return process since we do not have a formal product exchange program. Then you can simply place your new order through our shop for the item that you would like to receive in exchange.

We offer 2 month's warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects. Items broken by force are not covered by the warranty.
