3. Set your rate and overtime rules once, then log each shift. Everything else updates automatically.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Two versions included: one with sample data to explore and a blank one ready for your own shifts
- Overtime by the day, by the week or both, with your own multiplier (for example 1.5×)
- Shifts past midnight, unpaid breaks and multiple jobs with different rates are all handled
- Gross pay is simple hours × rate. It is a record for checking your pay, not tax advice
- Works in any currency
- Works in Google Sheets on computer, tablet and phone. A free Google account is needed. Not made for Excel or Numbers
- Cells that calculate show a gentle warning if you try to edit them, so formulas are not deleted by accident
