"My order didn't arrive, can I have a refund?"

If the main concern is your order not arriving, that would imply you still want your order and it not showing up is the main issue. We do not process returns for this. We do free replacements to ensure you get the item that didn't show up. You either get your item guaranteed, or return it. The only time we process a refund is AFTER a return is fully processed.

"My stickers says its delivered, but it's not here"

If you chose the cheapest shipping method, then we recommend you waiting a few days after the "Delivered" update. The cheapest shipping method isn't accurate due to the tracking being provided from a 3rd party company to USPS. We assume this is because they mark it delivered when it actually could be at your closest post office, with intentions of delivering it the same day. Sometimes this isn't the case.
