🟠 PRO TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
Our designs are precision-tested for the listed thicknesses, but real material thickness varies by brand (e.g., a "3mm" MDF can be 2.8mm–3.2mm).

✔️ Always measure your material with calipers before cutting.
✔️ Make a test cut on a small piece first to check fit.
✔️ Adjust slot widths in your software if needed (a 0.1mm difference matters!).
✔️ Sand edges lightly for smoother assembly.
✔️ Wood glue or super glue may be needed for permanent assembly.
