It takes about 2 days to prepare before shipping — this helps us deliver the highest quality and best painting experience. Many U.S. warehouses source their kits from overseas in bulk and store them for months before shipping, which can lead to dry paints and lower-quality canvas. By sending your kit directly from our studio, we avoid long storage times and make sure you receive a fresh, premium-quality kit every time.

Can I frame my finished painting?

Yes! You can choose a Ready frame or a DIY wooden frame kit with your order, or frame it later once your painting is dry. Our canvases are designed to fit standard frame sizes, so displaying your finished art is quick and easy.

To keep everything fresh, store your paints at room temperature and make sure the paint pots are tightly sealed when not in use. If your canvas arrives rolled, simply lay it flat or iron the back on low heat (with a cloth on top) before you begin painting.

How long does it take to complete a painting?

That depends on the design and your pace — most customers take 10–20 hours to finish a medium-size piece. The process is calming and meditative, so take your time and enjoy each brushstroke!
