Description:
Silk brocades are traditionally made of real silk and metal/silk entwined threads. They are available in different styles. Mostly there are two colors used: the color of the silk and the golden or silver color used for the metal threads. The more colors are used in one piece the more exclusive the silk is. The more elaborate the design is, the more exclusive the silk will be. Depending of the weight different this are possible with the silk brocade. A heavy weight silk is good to use for many things like clothing, but also upholstery projects, jackets and crafting.
