Really beautiful and heavy brass? vide poche with depiction of what I believe to be the Goddess Diana and a some plant and animal decor.
This would look stunning on an altar for Diana!
Diana is the Goddess of the hunt, wild nature, childbirth, and the moon. I think we can clearly see atleast the nature(hunt) and moon aspect in this decoration.

You could just use it for decoration, or maybe as an offering tray for some small items. It is not suitable for liquids bc the dish has two 'feet' in the middle, so when you put it down it stands on the two feet and the lower edge of the tray, making it a slightly sloped surface.

Really beautiful and unique piece, I have never seen anything like this before tbh.
