I do not accept any returns or refunds for items delivered as described. If there is an issue with your order regarding a damage during shipping, you need to contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, otherwise I will not refund or replace.

MISDELIVERY SHOP POLICY

If your package was marked as delivered but not received, YOU need to contact your local Post Office. They can GPS locate where your package was delivered and ask the driver where they put it - this needs to be done within 3 days of marked delivery. I am NOT responsible or obligated to replace packages that are marked as 'delivered' without actual proof of misdelivery from USPS, or after 3 days time. Once I ship your package, you are responsible for receiving it and contacting your local Post Office with issues in a timely manor. There is nothing I can do to control or know where your package is once it leaves my hands. This is posted due to increased issues with USPS and also people scamming me for refunds and free products.

NO DELIVERY / TRACKING STOPPED POLICY

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date and tracking has stopped moving, please contact me or your local Post Office within 3 days of no delivery. Please do not wait several weeks past estimated delivery date to alert me or the Post Office of the package issue. This needs to be done ASAP for best odds of finding your package and getting it back on track to you. Often times packages can be recovered if there has not been a lot of time that its been missing. If it is deemed that your package is totally lost, please open a case with Etsy under their Purchase Protection Program to receive a refund. That way you get your money back, and my small business does not also suffer a financial loss due to USPS errors.
