🌟Lost packages: Once we fulfill an item and provide tracking, the item and delivery is out of our hands. Occasionally packages get lost or delayed via USPS. We are not responsible for lost items or items marked delivered. That being said, if it is possible for us to offer a replacement, we may offer that option on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds on lost packages.

We use a direct-to-garment printer on all of our items, so the designs are embedded into the fibers of the garments and are exceptionally durable. That said, washing on cool and not using high heat on the dryer definitely helps with the durability of the garment.

Currently, we are not offering rush options, but our overall turnaround time (especially for our printed garments) is super fast.

How long you take to reply back?

We try our best to answer DMs as quickly as possible. We answer them in the order in which they are received, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response, as our designs are hand drawn and we creating new designs everyday while listing them.

🌟How can I check the status of my order?

Each piece we make is handmade to order. We send into production right away. Once we receive the tracking number we deliver it to you. If you have a custom order, it could take a little longer for us to design it for you. Once it’s done we will send you the tracking number. Tracking notification emails are sent once your order has been shipped.
