Excellent table, very good quality and craftsmanship. Customer service was excellent throughout the process. Note: there’s a small chip on the surface, but it doesn’t affect functionality.

Item was damaged 2 times during shipping, resulting in 2 month delay in delivery. Customer service was excellent, responding quickly with options, and replacements. Table top is unstable t one end, and rocks. Table does not appear to be oiled, resulting in food and oil stains within a only few days of use.

While we did our best to respond quickly and replace the damaged item, we’d like to kindly remind you that our policy (clearly stated in each listing) recommends checking the packaging upon delivery. Unfortunately, you accepted a visibly damaged package, which increased the risk of issues. All our tables are made from natural, oiled wood. The panels are treated before assembly, but as with any natural material, care is essential. We always recommend using coasters and placemats to avoid stains, as oil alone does not make the wood waterproof.
