*** HANDLING & CARE:
This wreath can withstand moderate outdoor exposure, but is strongly recommended when placed outside, under a covered overhanging to prevent any damage or fading.

Storing your design, whether it’s a wreath or centerpiece, should be stored in a climate controlled environment. Extreme heat or cold will cause the decorations, paint to crack and/or peel, styrofoam decorations will melt, cause expansion between the grapevine branches which cause floral or attached items to come loose. Highly suggest storing these items in closets versus your attic or garage.

✨RETURNING ITEMS:
Returns are accepted, only, if we are notified within 48 hours of the receipt of the purchase. Item must be returned in the same condition and manner in which it was shipped. You are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses. Once I have received and inspected the item, we will refund the purchase amount, only. Outbound shipping cost is not refunded.

✨CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are accepted anytime, on all in-stock items, until the shipping label is printed. Cancellations on custom made items are not accepted once I begin making your order. Please contact me if you are requesting a cancellation on a custom item to see if I have started your order.

USPS Ground shipments do not include insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the post office/FedEx or UPS. If you would like your package to include insurance, please contact us so that the additional cost can added to your order. The post office is responsible for any loss or damage. You can go online and fill out a claim to recover your cost.

Most of our orders ship USPS Ground Mail. If you would like your package shipped USPS Priority Mail, please purchase the Rush Shipping Listing so that you can receive faster shipping.
