Custom and personalized orders

All made-As-Ordered items are considered Custom orders and can incorporate special sizing requests and needs and color changes if available, but please contact the shop before ordering and do include a reminder of your special needs, in a convo along with your order. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for Made-as-ordered items. These pieces are all hand made, one at a time only by order and are not production pieces.

Just a quick note to help you determine our sizing. Our little red headed elf model is 5’ 2”-5’ 4” tall, and a size 6-8 in most of the photos. We have recently changed her body, which is an antique dress form, to a slightly fuller version, which is a size 12-14. Her body form is still an antique professional dress form and will give a good representation of fit through the body. Most things from the shop may look a little longer on her. Please do give us a shout ahead of ordering, if you have questions or concerns about sizing.

What are the shop processing and shipping times?

All of our "READY TO SHIP" items, are packed and shipped in 1-3 days. All "MADE-AS-ORDERED" items may vary due to availability of fabrics, but our normal production time is 2-4 weeks. All made-to-order items are made one at a time as they are ordered. Once we receive an order materials are purchased and ordered in by our shop, and as soon as those fabrics arrive we can put your special piece into production. Delivery times of fabrics can vary based on availability, quality and seasonal demand. We will do our best to move quickly and efficiently with all orders and communicate any exceptional delays that might occur. Please contact us ahead of time if you need your order to be expedited, and feel free to contact us with questions :o)

Can face masks be returned or exchanged?

No, I am so sorry, face masks should always be considered personal items and cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.

Does Raggandbone Shop sell on external websites?

NO. It truly means the world to us to have you here 'o) We only sell our pretty things on Etsy. Please please do not trust other websites claiming to be selling the things shown in this shop. We have recently found several websites illegally using our shop photos to "sell" items. They are using photos from many other Etsy shops as well, and we believe they are set up only as scams. Etsy has rules and boundaries, and we are always available for contact and concerns, so please do be careful out there, if you are considering buying one of our designs from an outside website, know that they are using our images without permission, so starting off on illegal footing, they should not be trusted. We only sell here on Etsy :o)

Does Raggandbone Shop accept returns?

No. We do not normally accept returns at all, but in the event we would accept a return item it would be for exchange only. Shipping costs are not included in the store credit amount. Shipping cost are not refundable.

This listing is for the color block sweatshirt dress, This one is ready to ship today.

This is a very full, boxy shape, with a bit more fit in the long tapered sleeves. Comfortable coloring, and all new fleece, super soft on the inside especially. This has a deep crew neck, high waist, super super full skirting, and a side seam pocket on the right side.

This feels extremely comfortable and casual, but is also such a clean look that is neat and tidy enough to be work wearable for some folks. Super cute as an alternative to an ordinary sweatshirt, and a prettier fit than a baggy boy cut sweatshirt. This looks really nice worn over leggings, but works as a simple cover-up too.
