12 pounds Mexico Chiapas - mild, nutty, chocolate
12 pounds Nicaragua Jinotega - smooth, rich, creamy milk chocolate and floral notes
7 pounds Indian monsooned Malabar - chocolatey aroma and notes of spice and nuts.

Due to the nature of monsooned Malabar, the beans are larger and lighter weight than our other beans. We can only fit up to 7 pounds in the same packaging as 12 pounds of other beans ship in.
