What type of paper should I choose?

For a budget-friendly option, heavyweight textured matte paper or card stock is ideal. Alternatively, you can print on rolled or stretched canvas. For the most authentic vintage art reproductions, use premium archival fine art paper with a subtle canvas or watercolor texture. If available, consider requesting Giclée printing from your print shop, as it provides superior resolution and quality.

Can I get a custom size?

I offer only ONE resize per listing (e.g., if you purchase a gallery set, I will provide one resize for one design). The current turnaround time for resize requests is 2-3 business days. Please contact me before making a purchase to confirm that the resize can be accommodated. NOTE: ☆ TV art is excluded. ☆ Creating or resizing split panel sets is not available. ☆ Artwork in square dimensions is also excluded.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your Etsy account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com using a web browser (not the Etsy app) and navigate to "Your account." 2. Click on "Purchases and Reviews." 3. Find the order and select "Download Files." ☆ If you don’t see a download button, click the small grey arrow next to the order to reveal it. Designs will be removed from my cloud storage within 6 months of being discontinued to make space for new ones.

If you still have trouble, please contact me through Etsy messaging, or reach out to Etsy support for assistance.
