Can you dispatch my order faster?

Because we're a busy shop, there are always orders in the queue and we process them in the order they are placed. For urgent orders, we do have a "jump the queue" shipping option which you can select during checkout. This will put you at the front of the queue. The cost for this covers the time it takes us to rearrange production schedules to accomodate urgent orders.

I need my order by X date, will it arrive in time?

Etsy provides an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout before you place your order. There is nothing we can do to ensure an order arrives at a certain time as once it leaves us, it's in the hands of the courier company who we don't have any control over. If you require an order by a certain date, please select the express shipping option. We use FedEx who provide the fastest and most certain delivery times.

Will my order be delivered within the specified timeframe?

In 95% of cases, yes. Do note however that estimated delivery timeframes are just that - estimated. They are not guarantees. Postal and courier companies can face unexpected delays due to high volumes, customs delays or adverse weather which may affect the delivery of your order. We're unable to do anything to speed things up, it just has to go through the normal process. Don't worry, your order won't be lost. If time sensitive delivery is important, please choose the express shipping option during checkout.

Do you provide tracking?

Tracking is provided with all orders as soon as they are dispatched.
