The Priority Shipment outside of the EU (2-3 weeks delivery time) requires the extra payment according to the shipping options you have to choose during the checkout of your cart.

ALL THE ITEMS HAVING THE FREE SHIPPING OFFER (IT MEANS HAVING ZERO SHIPPING PRICE) ARE TO BE SENT BY STANDARD/ECONOMIC SHIPPING.

The force majeure in the form of COVID-19 pandemic caused the postal operators takes the decisions of suspension the priority parcel shipments to many countries outside the European Union. For these countries the standard economic shipping remains available as usually.
