Custom and personalized orders

All our standard products can be personalized. Please indicate your personalization when placing and order. We can customize, or create custom products, to your taste or specifications. Please reach out so that we can give you an estimate and a custom order link to purchase.

What happens after I place an order?

If the order has any personalization or customization, you will get a proof the next business day. You can approve or make a request for a change. If you do not comment to the proof, it will auto approve, the next business day at 8:00am EST, so that the production of your order does not fall behind. Additional change requests may cause the production schedule and shipping day to move back. We will make up to 2 alterations to your art at no charge but additional changes will be chargeable. Please check with customer service for further details. No response to a proof will be an automatic art approval and is final. This procedure is final and can not be disputed, so that your order can be processed by the published date.

Image resolution review:

Any images that are uploaded should be of the highest quality available. Our design team will review all images after we receive the order. Please watch for a message regarding important information about any image problem. No responce could delay production of your order.

Shipping and delivery schedules:

We offer free ground shipping on our Etsy store (see terms), with optional upgraded shipping available at checkout. For pricing details or to change your delivery carrier, please contact Customer Service. Please note that all shipping dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we monitor delivery performance and share updates when possible, AIGprintDOTcom is not responsible for delays or additional postage fees charged by the shipping provider. We cover the original shipping cost at no charge to you (terms apply) and reserve the right to change carriers if it benefits the customer. Please Note: Delivery schedules can be impacted by weather and normal carrier disruptions.

Please order early. We try very hard to produce products in a timely fashion. It is important for our customers to reply quickly to questions that are sent via ETSY messenger. These questions or information will impact delivery of your product.

Where do we ship from?

We ship from NY, in Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Designs and Copyrigt Information:

All of our product designs are original designs and subject to copyright laws. Please contact us for questions related to these designs. AIG print can and will not reproduce any materials that are covered by copyright laws.

What happens when you ask to have a product personalized or customized?

We try to make the Customization process easy: 1) Watch for a proof by the next business morning and Approve the Art Proof ASAP. We are in NY and work on Eastern Standard Time, that is what time our production schedules are based on. Note: If you do not approve or ask for a modifications by 9:00 am, EST the next business morning, after the proof has been sent, the proof will auto approve. We can not change or be held responsible for errors once approved. If you need more time, let us know in writing, but it will alter the delivery schedule. 2) After the art is approved it goes into production. Once in production we can not change or modify the artwork. This helps us complete your job on time and on schedule.

Are returns subject to a return Fee?

If a refund is approved, the customer will be responsible for all the original shipping costs on any returned items. Shipping costs are defined as, and include, the actual shipping costs associated with every order including the actual cost of free shipping. These fees will be deducted from any refund request.
