✨ HOW TO ORDER ✨

2. Select the Ink color from drop down (1 Ink Color for imprint)
*Don't see ink color you want in drop down, select*Color from Chart, in drop down and then indicate color in notes.

*If you decide to select multiple can cooler colors please specify the quantity of each color in the notes, you can order multiple colors of can coolers, however one ink color across all can coolers.

✨ AFTER ORDER IS PURCHASED ✨
We will begin production within 24 hours of your order.
If you would like a proof, please add it to the notes at checkout. Proof must be approved or edited within 2 days of order. Otherwise, your order will be forwarded to production.

💗 PROOFS 💗
Please note: Proofs are sent to minimize errors, as we are human and occasional mistakes can happen. If the final product matches the approved proof, we proceed based on that approval. However, if something is still off, we will always do our best to resolve it.

💗 CANCELLATIONS 💗
Thanks so much for your order! We just wanted to let you know that if you decide to cancel after receiving your mockup but before giving it the thumbs up, we'll need to deduct a $25 fee per proof sent or if includes pets per pet in the drawing (or custom design) from your refund. This small fee helps cover the time our artists have already put into creating your unique design. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to bring your vision to life!

💗 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 💗
All can coolers are made to order, and specifically designed for your needs. Given these are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. If there is an error on our part we will gladly send a corrected replacement unless the event date has passed or it’s too late to remake the order, in that case we will issue a partial or full refund depending on the case at hand.. Please make sure to contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a return authorization. Make sure you return the items back to us within 5 days of delivery. Shipping is non-refundable.

If there was an error with your order, please contact us immediately. If possible, include pictures of the mistake, along with a photo of all the affected items and the shipping label. We will review the issue and get back to you with a solution, including whether your order qualifies for a remake.

If you need your order rushed please message us before ordering telling us when you need your order and what State you're located in.
We will reply asap (usually within 1-2 hours) confirming if we can rush your order, and advising you about what Shipping Method will be necessary to get your order delivered in time for your event.

While we always strive to match your digital mockup as closely as possible, please remember that mockups are representations and not exact guarantees of the final product.

These variations can result from the handmade process, including fabric texture, ink application, and lighting conditions. Additionally, differences in monitor, smartphone, and tablet displays may cause colors to appear differently in person.

💗 Over / Under Run 💗
An accidental over or under run of 5% or any damage in shipping that is 5% or less of the order will constitute a complete order. Every attempt will be made to minimize these amounts. And in the case 5% or less of the order is damaged we will refund you for that amount!

All orders are shipped to the address on your ETSY account. We ask that you verify that the address listed is your correct and current shipping address before you submit your order. I wanted to clarify that with our free shipping option, your delivery is expected towards the later end of the estimated timeline provided. If you're hoping for an earlier delivery, we do offer a rush production and shipping option for an additional fee.

If you need your favors sooner, just let us know, and we’d be happy to send you a link to upgrade to rush shipping. We're here to help ensure your order arrives exactly when you need it!

Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days. If purchasing multiple items from our shop, items will ship at different times. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Global Mail you will receive a tracking number when your order is marked shipped. Please message us at any time for an update on your order and we can provided estimated delivery dates.
