Please measure your pet's neck size before ordering. If your pet is between sizes or you're not sure bandana will fit, feel free to contact me for help.

I recommend hand washing for all our bandanas. If you need to put in in the washing machine, use laundry bag and wash on low cycle. Lay flat to dry and iron on low temperature.

Processing time is time I need to prepare your order. Usually it's 1-3 working days.
Shipping time is the time the post needs to process the shipment at their end.
Slovenia: 1-3 working days
EU: 3-7 days
US and the rest of the world: usually 7-21 days

Once the package is dropped off at the post office, I have no control over it.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I ship all orders with tracking, so check your shipping notification for tracking number. Please check it and if you have any problems with it, reach out and I'll try to help.

I accept returns and exchanges, but you have to contact me within 14 days of delivery.
You have to ship items back within 21 days of delivery. I can issue a refund when I get package returned ( or the tracking is showing it's coming back to me). In case of package being lost at the post, I will issue a refund when I get the official conformation by the postal services.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible in any loss in value.

Custom or personalized orders and items on sale can not be returned or exchanged.

If buyer does not claim the package from post office and it is send back to me, I can resend package, but the buyer has to pay for shipping. Or the buyer can ask for refund.

Out toys are packed with homegrown catnip, more than commercially available. So when your cat licks it and it gets wet, it stains. Don't worry, your cat won't mind, so it's not ruined.
