Where are your items made?

Every item in our shop is proudly handcrafted by a husband-and-wife team. We run our small workshop right out of our home here in Michigan, where we personally print and pack every order to ensure it meets our quality standards. We do not outsource our products or utilize a co-manufacturer. Thank you for supporting our small business!

What are your items made out of?

We primarily use PLA for our 3D-printed designs due to its excellent detail and vibrant color options. For high-performance items like RC parts, we utilize specialized materials such as PETG, PCTG, or TPU to ensure the necessary strength and flexibility. Please check the description on each listing for the specific material used for that product.

Do you accept returns?

Each piece is specially made-to-order by us. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Please feel free to message us with any questions before purchasing. If there is anything wrong with your order, please message us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you on a resolution.

Do you offer wholesale options?

We handle wholesale inquiries on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can meet your specific needs and timelines. If you’re interested in carrying our products, please send us a message with your details, and we’ll be happy to discuss a potential partnership.

Where do you ship to?

We are happy to offer shipping across the United States and to most international destinations. Please note that we cannot ship to countries where mail services are currently suspended. Not sure if we ship to you? Etsy handles this automatically. If your country is eligible for delivery, you’ll be able to complete your checkout as usual.

I don't see a color of an item I like. Do you offer custom colors?

We do! We handle custom color requests on a case-by-case basis. We maintain a wide variety of colors and are happy to see if we have your preferred shade in our current inventory. Please note that custom color requests are not available for multi-color designs at this time.

My order arrived damaged! :( How can you help?

We take great care in strategically packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event that the journey was a bit too rough, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, you must include photos of both the damaged item and the shipping box to be eligible for a replacement. Our team will personally review the details and work with you on a replacement or refund at our discretion, or, if necessary, we will instruct you to open a case with Etsy through their great Buyer Protection program. Thank you for understanding!

My order is delayed in transit. What do I do?

We work hard to ensure all orders are fulfilled and shipped out within our stated processing times. Due to weather delays and other logistics-related issues with third party shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, we cannot be responsible for delivery delays of any kind. If your order is past the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will instruct you to open a case with Etsy for a refund through their Buyer Protection Program. Please note that international orders can sometimes take up to 4+ weeks to arrive.
