2. Choose your lace length from the drop-down box

3. Choose your font style from the list shown (if you have a specific font you would like us to use then please contact us via Etsy messages before placing an order)

4. Choose an image or icon from the listing photos (if required)

5. Be sure to clearly state what message/ wording you would like printing, including your font style, foil colour and any icons you would like in the ‘add your personalisation’ box above

- Please take the time to double-check your message/ request is correct and include all relevant capital letters and punctuation.

Any text and image/s chosen will be repeated along the full length of the ribbon laces. The number of repeats will depend on the text and image/s chosen.

If you have specific requests about the positioning of text or the spacing between each repeat, please contact us when ordering and we’ll try our best to recreate this for you. Otherwise we will use our artistic judgement to make your order look as beautiful (in our opinion) as possible!

- Every order is packed using strong and sturdy packaging
- We ship from the UK so delivery times to other countries may vary

For us to meet Etsy’s deadlines, we MUST dispatch every order within 3 working days.
For us to do this we need all of the requested information detailed above.
If anything has been missed we will contact you, however this may cause your order to be delayed.
If we haven’t heard back from you after 24 hours we will either use our best judgement to be able to fulfil your order OR if this isn’t possible, we may have no option but to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

- From experience we know that certain ribbon & foil combinations are not ideal, if you happen to pick any of these we will contact you to make you aware of this and check to see if you’d like to make any changes before printing

- These ribbons are not suitable for washing
